Day 1: KANDY

We commence our Sri Lankan adventure in Kandy, where we will have our first lunch together then set off to explore the beautiful lake and make our way through to one of Sri Lankas most famous sites, the Temple of the Scared Tooth Relic.

After exploring we will head out for dinner and a couple of drinks but our aim will be to keep it low key as tomorrow we have a big day as we depart for Ella, on arguably the most beautiful train ride in the world! But we have no doubt that a few our our guest will venture out to spend some time with their new friends, so if you are one of those people - Just ask our Indy Team to point you in the right direction.

Day 2: ELLA

Today we are up early to capitalise on a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast before making our way to the train station. We have reserved comfortable seats for the journey, although we have no doubt that you will pop out the side and get that once in a life time photo in the doorway!

The journey takes 6 and half hours, but it is a must for an Sri Lankan journey! So by the time we arrive in Ella, you will be ready to get settled in our rooms then head out to explore the town. There are a number of funky little restaurants and bars in the city centre so feel free to let your hair down!

Day 3: ELLA

Today is a free day to delve deeper and explore some more hidden gems in Ella.

We realise that every single person has different background and interest and therefore want to give you time to spend on the experiences that you like! With so many things to do and such little time, we will help coordinate how you would like to spend you day but ultimately, the choice is yours.

Our Indy team will offer a free guided hike through the tea plantations to Little Adams Peak and on to the Nine Arch Bridge for a photo opportunity before our but we will aim to be in bed early for 7am departure to the Udawalawe National Park for a Jeep Safari.

Day 4: UDAWALAWE NATIONAL PARK

We are up at the crack of dawn to make our way to one of our favourite destinations on the tour! Udawalawe National Park is home to some of Sri Lankas most renowned animals, which includes Elephants, Crocodiles, Golden Jackal, Water Buffalo, Mongoose, Leopard and the ever elusive Sloth Bear!

We will all jump aboard a private safari jeep and venture out into the park to go wildlife spotting. Most of the animals are active around dawn and dusk, because temperatures are warmest in the afternoon, most animals find cover and have a siester.

At the conclusion of our tour we ill continue onwards towards Sri Lankas southern coast and have our first dinner on the ocean in Mirissa, followed by a beach party!

Day 5: MIRISSA

Today you have the option to relax in Mirissa and enjoy the beach, an early moring hike through the jungle with the Indy Team to Mirissa Secret Beach, Whale Watching, Surf Lessons in Welligama Bay, go for a sunset walk along the coast to Coconut Hill for some EPIC photos or try to fit them all in one jam packed day, it is completely up to you!

We will all meet up again in the evening for another delicious dinner on the beach and a few more cocktails to wash them down before making our way into town to find some Pain Pol. This is a delicious Sri Lankan Coconut Pancake desert.

Day 6: UNAWANTUNA

Everyone can have a sleep in today followed by an optional yoga session on the beach.

Unawantuna is only a short one hour trip along the coast from Mirissa, so we will have the opportunity to stop at Midigama and get some photos with Sri Lankas world famous stilt fisherman.

After getting settled in our new hotel, we will have a couple of hours of free time, where some guests may choose to wander down to Dalawell Beach to get a sunset photo swinging from a Palm Tree before heading back to Unawantuna Beach for dinner and a shindig!

The last few days have fun been full of bucket list items so today, we are slowing it down so you can enjoy your last full day in the Jewel of the Indian Ocean.

Our Indy Team will lead an optional morning hike to jungle beach before returning back to town for all of our guests to join in on a Sri Lankan Cooking Class! We will have the chance to jump in a Tuk Tuk with a local legend as she ushers us around the Markets at Galle before  returning to cook up our last feast together!

Lucky for us, Unawantuna is renowned for its beach parties, so we will hit the sand for our final evening together!

Day 8: DEPARTURE

And that is a wrap! Today we will roll out of bed and reunite for our departure breakfast.

Our Indy Team will help you organise transfers to the airport or to alternative accomodation after the conclusion of our tour.
