Our Story
Indy Escapes was founded by Lucas with one simple goal: to create the kind of trips he wished existed.

After years of travelling, he saw a gap between backpacking and expensive luxury tours.
Solo travellers and couples wanted authentic, social adventures with quality accommodation, carefully planned itineraries and like-minded people, not crowded coach tours or hostel dorms.

That's why Indy Escapes was created.

Our tours are not for everyone. Several fantastic tour operators cater for a variety of different purposes. Some offer party tours, some are thrill seeking adventures, some present in-depth history/cultural tours. At Indy Escapes we are not any of these. We offer a balanced mix of enjoying a cocktail but the pool, ticking exciting items off your bucket list and experiencing some local culture, whilst still having enough time to relax and enjoy your holiday.
