Day 1: ARRIVAL

We commence our Bali experience after meeting your Indy Escapes crew at the resort, you will have time to check in and get settled before we meet up at 4pm and start to make our way down to our first training session for the week. This is a nice easy session and more of an opportunity for the group to get to know each other and our trainers.

Tonight we'll enjoy an included terrace dinner together as we watch the sunset and settle in to the local island vibe and get to know your new Indy family. 

Day 2: EXPLORE

There is too much to do in Bali so today we are up bright an early for a beach training session followed by a big breakfast. During the day we have some optional activities where you will have the choice between surf lessons, shopping, cooking classes or just lounging around the pool and starting to unwind.

In the afternoon, we will meet up again after our day or adventures or time spent relaxing for our afternoon training session. Tonight is a free night to explore or you can come and join us on a family dinner in Canggu. There are plenty of restaurants and bars for you to unwind at after your first full day in Bali.

Day 3: UBUD

Today we have a big day, after our morning training session, we will enjoy another resort breakfast before we start the day with a stroll through the spectacular Tegallalang rice terraces for some happy snaps on the Bali Swings before heading to a very special place that most tourist will never know about for lunch. On all Indy Escapes, we support local community and NFP's and today you will get to spend time with one of our favourites, the Cahaya Mutiara, Ubud

We will then make our way to a local waterfall and hike up to an amazing river club where we will be able to cool off and enjoy a few cocktails in the infinity pool. We will spend the rest of the afternoon here before making our way back to the resort in the evening. 

Day 4: CANGGU

We are up early again for but today, we have a change of pace and start off with a sunrise yoga and mediation session before a nice big healthy breakfast! We always love having a plan, so today we also begin the first session of our goal setting program after breakfast, then give you the rest of the day to reflect and ponder. 

Yesterday was a big day and we know that this is also your holiday too, so today is a chance to organise a massage, read a book by the pool or have a swim at the beach. There will be plenty of down time for you to recharge.

 

After you have had the afternoon to rest up, we will regroup and start making our way down to our afternoon training session is in a fully fitted out functional gym!

Day 5: NUSA PENIDA

We hit the beach early in the morning for a session on the sand! It is always lots of fun and ends up with a nice and refreshing swim afterwards followed by breakfast by the pool.

After breakfast we head towards Sanur to emark on our boat journy to the incredible island of Nusa Penida. Once we arrive on the island we will head straight for the ever popular insta spot "Kelingking Beach" for some incredible photo opportunities, then hike down to the beach below for an afternoon dip and chill! After our little adventure we will make our way to Diamond Beach for another mind blowing photo oppotunity and hike before starting to head back toward Canggu in the evening.

Tonight we will head into the heart of town for dinner before checking out the beach parties at Old Mans and Sand Bar!

Day 6: CANGGU

Wakey Wakey! We hope that you didn't have a big one last night because today we have our last full day in Bali. We will take it easy and being with a rooftop you and mediation session then after breakfast we will complete our final session of our Goal Setting Program.

 

The day is then yours to finish off your shopping, working on your tan or sneak in one more massage before our final afternoon session together. From here we will get changed and spruce ourselves up for some well deserved sunset cocktails at Balis finest sunset spot - La Brisa! We will spend a fun filled afternoon together looking out over one of the most spectacular venues on the island.

Day 7: CANGGU

We are up early for our final training session together before one more nice big health breakfast. After breakfast we will start saying our farewells before our new found friends start to depart. For anyone with a late departure, you will have the option to spend the day at the resort pool before making your way to the airport.
