Day 1: CUSCO

We meet our crew and commence our trip in one of the most beautiful cities in Latin America. When you walk through this World Heritage listed city, you will truely feel like you are in another period of time. The historic buildings, cobble stone streets, costumes and colours, llamas and market, along with the Inca Vibe, will allow to you feel why this city is so special.

We will meet in the afternoon for a walking tour of Cusco which will include Plaza de Armas (Huacaypata) which includes Iglesia de La Campañia de Jesús (Church of the Society of Jesus and the Cusco Cathedral, then onto Qorikancha, San Blas and the markets.

Day 2: CUSCO

We will spend an extra day in Cusco for two reasons.. Firstly, we will need to acclimatise due to the city being perched up at around d 4,400m and secondly, because there is way too much to do here!

The ruins and markets at Pisac, Rainbow Mountain, Salt Flats, Humantay Lagoon, Quad Biking and Action Valley Adventure Park are just some of the amazing day trips that surround Cusco.

So, today we will round up the troops and head to Pisac and the Salt Flats for some awesome photo opportunities, before making our way back to town for a group dinner and a night on the town.

You will kill two birds with one stone today as you swerve around the beautiful winding roads and take in a view of the sunny Rainbow Mountain. After we get a few happy snaps, we will head back to Cusco for a nice big dinner and hit the hay early because we will be up at the crack of dawn as we commence our Inca Adventure.

Day 4: HIKE

Today we will say goodbye to Cusco and head for the hills as we tick off an array of amazing bucket-list experiences.

During the coming days we are we hike, ride, raft and zip line our way through the sacred valley and along one of the many Inca Trails toward the City of the Gods, Machu Picchu.

We will stop at Ollantaytambo to check out the Pinkuylluna Ruins before hiking a portion of one of the Inca trails. We will spend the night in the town of Santa Marta where we can enjoy some local cuisine and a knock off beverage before lights out.

Day 5: RAFTING

Today we can tick another item off the bucket list...White Water Rafting! Peru is one of the best locations in the world for adventure sports not only because of the abundance of mountains and jungle, but because there are free flowing rivers as well!

After breakfast we head over to the river to commence our rafting journey with an experienced team of local guides. Enjoy the lush vegetation and crystal water and we overtake people hiking the trail, as we continue on our adventure tour.

In the evening we will crash out in our lodge as we have another big day tomorrow!

Day 6: MOUNTAIN BIKE

This morning we are up early again to keep plugging away at our adventure. After breakfast we will make our way through the sacred valley for zip lining across the rivers hundreds of metres below. The hight of the mountains will get your heart pumping and the rush will give you tingles.

Once we have all completed the zip line, we will transfer over to our mountain bikes and make our way down to the base of the hill before we embark on a 3 hour hike along the train lines through to Aquas Caliente.
